There are the following situations when a single-phase ordinary DC governor is adapted to a DC motor:
1. The common Z2 DC motors in China are basically the design standards of the former Soviet Union, that is, the armature 2 sets of coils are connected in series to DC220V, the magnetic field 1 set of coils is DC220V, and the conventional speed is 1500 rpm;
2. After the opening, a new generation of permanent magnet motors has been widely used and promoted. Because of its small size, light weight, and one less DC power supply, it is more convenient to use;
3. Some basic matters should be paid attention to when using domestic permanent magnet motors: try not to use ferrite motors. Because of its weak magnetism, the armature current is very large, and the relationship between low power is not too big, and the possible excessive current of high power will affect the DC drive;
4. The magnetic field of the Z2 motor is often easily damaged. In fact, it is not an open circuit but the current is very small. As a result, the armature current is very large, and the speed cannot be increased. The motor is weak and generates a lot of heat, and it will burn the motor for a long time;
5. The commutator of the DC motor must be smooth, the grooves must be deep drawn, and the carbon brush must be good, otherwise, too much carbon powder will easily spark and cause a short circuit, and the short circuit will easily burn the thyristor. Generally, analog DC speed regulation has no short-circuit protection function. Therefore, the DC motor must be cleaned and maintained frequently;
6. These factors are basically considered at the beginning of the design of ZKS type DC speed regulation. Therefore, there is no problem in basically using it for ten or eight years without any hard damage. The earliest ones are still used today.
